BetVibe maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any misuse of our services. All users are expected to use their own identity and payment methods on their accounts. You are not permitted to disguise your identity or location to unlawfully access our platform (as noted, this includes using VPNs or someone else's credentials). If we detect suspicious activities — such as account collusion, multiple accounts, using the platform for anything other than personal entertainment, or attempts to defraud BetVibe or other players — we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action. We are not responsible for errors such as mistakes in posted odds, late bet acceptance due to technical issues, or any temporary downtime of the service. In the event of a technical malfunction or obvious error, BetVibe reserves the right to void affected bets and/or correct the mistake, in accordance with our governing terms.

Indemnification: By using BetVibe, you agree that the Company (and its owners, employees, and affiliates) will not be held responsible for losses, damages, or liabilities you suffer related to your gaming activity, beyond any obligation we have to pay out legitimate winnings. You agree to indemnify and hold BetVibe harmless from any claims or costs incurred by your breach of these Terms or improper use of the platform.
